This little decoration I made a few weeks ago out of a kitchen roll paper tube. I cut 7 circles of about 5mm thick and pinched them into oval shapes. These I stuck together and then added two poinsettia spellbinder die cuts and some ribbon with a bow. On my tree......

Christmas Star
At art club this week Zoe showed me how to create a beautiful Christmas Star. Red card chosen and the cutting and sticking began. Once the 6 individual pieces had been made, they then needed to be glued together to form the star.

A card and a little Angel for you today.....
Even though the Christmas festivities are in full swing at the moment, there are other happy occasions at this time of year also. I attended a friend's wedding last Saturday and here is the card that I made for the new Mr and Mrs....
Then last Sunday we attended a Christmas Fair, where my daughter wanted her face painted as an Angel. How Angelic..........

Christmas Card Countdown
At art club a few weeks ago, I completed my lino etchings to make my Xmas cards with. One of the designs is snowflakes of different sizes, which I printed with paint onto a marbled blue background paper. Again, I finished the cards with some ribbon , printed the sentiment and then die cut them out and assembled together. Here is the finished result!

Welcome to my very first post.......
Well, after deciding on all my backgrounds and font sizes - I have finally been able to write my first post. I wanted to share a beautiful paper gift bag that we made at craft club last week. We had a few 'trial runs' with Anne, but we all got there in the end! I then added some ribbon for the handles and die cut some spellbinder dies to create the tag. I'm pleased with the result!
