This month, I took inspiration from the pink flowers in the above July HC graphic and decided to have a go at some simple water colouring.  I simply stamped the wild rose flowers, heat embossed them using gold embossing powder, then painted them with the watercolours. With the left over ink, I created some droplets for the background after masking off the painted flowers. I needed a simple sentiment to complete the card so masked off the unwanted part of the stamp to leave just the birthday. Added the natural twine (again) to complete!
