Heartfelt Creations and Scor-Pal Projects
Hi Everyone,
Today we are doing a cross promotion with Scor-Pal. Please visit the Heartfelt Creations Blog and the Score-Pal blog and be prepared to to be blown away with all the amazing projects featuring the Score-Pal and Heartfelt Creations products. I am new to the Scor-Pal Measuring and Scoring Board and must say that I found it so easy to use, I love it!
Instructions:
Begin by following the Note Holder tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers using the red pearlescent card stock and the Score-Pal board. When you have scored and cut out the base of the box, stamp the snowflake stamp all over both sides of the card using white Ink It Up ink and heat set. assemble the box adding the ribbon and button detailing. For the notelets, cut down the copy paper to measure 3 1/2" squares and round the corners. Using grey London Fog ink, stamp the snowflake into the lower right corner and over stamp with the Christmas message using red Lady Bug ink. Repeat this process until all the notelets are complete. Place all the paper squares into the box.
To make the lid for the note holder, take a 5 3/4" square piece of vellum and score at 12 on each side. Stamp the snowflake all over using Versamark ink, add tinsel embossing powder and heat emboss. Adhere the box lid together.
Card Size: 7.5" x 3 3/4"
On white card stamp the Winter Wonderland sentiment using Red Ink It Up ink and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Die Cut using a circle die. Add more red ink around the edges and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Die cut the swirl die from white card and cut in half.
Measure some red pearlescent card to measure 7.5" x 3 3/4" and a strip of card to measure 1/2" x 3 3/4". Stamp all over these card pieces as before using white Ink It Up ink and heat set. Score and fold the card in half using the Score-Pal board. Adhere the strip of red card over the die cuts and add to the card using glue. Cut off the parts that overlap at the sides of the card. Add the message to the centre (hiding the exposed part of the die cut) using foam pads. Add a white insert.
This a perfect little set to make as Christmas present for a a crafty friend!

Heartfelt Creations - Winter Haven
Good Morning Everyone!
Even though the sun is shining today, my project for Heartfelt Creations this week is a Christmas card using the Gateway to the Seasons Collection. Such a lovely image, that I have simply stamped it, gently watercoloured and used a glitter pen to highlight the snowy areas,( the glitter is there although it was hard to photograph!). Full instructions are below.
Card instructions are:
Card Size: 15cm x 10cmStamp the Winter Scene onto cream card using Memento pear tart ink. Using a water brush, gently go over the image to soften the colouring and allow to dry. Die cut using a circle die. Also die cut the next size up out of green card. Add green ink around the edges and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Using a glitter pen, highlight the snowy areas and layer the die cuts together. Die cut 2 of the largest rectangles out of bronze pearlescent card. On one of the die cuts, stamp the snowflake using Versamark ink and allow to dry. Cut a small card blank (to fit inside) measuring 13.5cm x 8.5cm and glue the die cuts together to form the outer card. Add the winter scene to the main card using foam pads. Die cut the tags from green card. Stamp the wording using Versafine black ink, heat emboss and cut out. Adhere to the tags using foam pads. Add ribbon around the card, add some gold cord threading though the tags and tie into a bow.

In The Garden.....
Good Morning All!
A male card today, with a garden theme. This little stamp I have had for a few years and I really enjoy using it. I have stamped the image twice, coloured it with Promarkers and then die cut it out. I added some blue distress ink around the edges whilst the card was still in the die, then decoupaged the plant pots and the fork using foam pads. The background was embossed and I have used ink around the edges and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. (I have used this technique a lot recently, gives a lovely finish as an alternative to layering onto card). Finally the words and tag dies are from Heartfelt Creations, have used these a lot recently too - just love them!

My card today features the beautiful birdhouse stamp and I have used the sentiments stamp for the background.
The card Instructions are:
Card Size - 14.5 x 10.5cm
Stamp the All Seasons Sentiments stamp onto Kraft card using Memento Potter's Clay ink and cut out. Gently bland around the edges using the same ink. Add brown ink to the edges and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. On separate card, stamp the birdhouse twice using black archival ink. Gently watercolour one full image using green and brown memento inks and just the birdhouse on the duplicate. Cut down and around the image to measure 5cm x 11cm. Again gently blend around the edges, add brown ink to the edges and heat emboss. Cut around the second birdhouse and use the tool kit to create a hole for the entrance. Using foam pads, add over the original image. On separate card, stamp the top half of the All Seasons stamp using black versafine ink and heat emboss. Cut down the words Cherish, Precious and Moments. Add cord around the stamped image, thread a button and tie into a bow. Adhere the birdhouse image using foam pads and the words using glue. To complete, add this to your main card blank using foam pads.

Heartfelt Creations - Intertwining Leaves Gift Box
Good Morning All! Today on the Heartfelt Creations Blog my project this week is a beautiful Intertwining Leaves Gift Box, made using the Gift Ensemble Die.
Using the Ensemble Die and cream card stock, die cut the box template 4 times. Using paper from the Sun Kissed Fleur collection cut 4 rectangles to fit the centres of the box sides. (Mine measured 8.8cm x 5.8 cm to give a small border) Add blue ink to the edges and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Adhere to the box centres using double sided tape. Adhere all the sides and assemble the box. Stamp the leaf swirl twice using Memento Bamboo Leaves onto paper from the collection and die cut using the matching die. Also die cut 2 leaf swirls using the same paper and add to the box using foam pads and glue. Stamp the Striped Sun Kissed Flower in blue and the leaves in green ink and heat emboss. Die cut using the matching die. Make the flower using 4 layers with foam pads, add the leaves and adhere to the top of the box. Add 2 small flowers onto the leaf swirls and add a white pearl to the centre of all the flowers.
