Heartfelt Creations - Special Day Blue Blooms

Good Afternoon Friends!

Today my card has been created using a few different releases by Heartfelt Creations. It shows that you can use a mix of papers, stamps and dies from different collections.  On this card, I wanted blue flowers, so found the perfect paper to match in the Coffee Talk Paper Collection.

Card Size :  10 1/2cm x  13 1/2cm (4 1/8" x 5 3/8").

Instructions:

Select the card topper shown from the paper collection and cut out.  Add the blue ink around the edges and heat emboss using clear embossing powder.  Create a card blank with the above measurements using white linen card and adhere the topper central using double sided tape.  Stamp the sentiment onto white card using black ink and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Die cut using the largest oval die ensuring the sentiment is just above the centre. Using the largest lacey oval die, die cut this shape using the blue card. Adhere these together using double sided tape and add to the card using foam pads.  Stamp the large blossoms several times onto white card using blue Adirondack ink. Use a water brush lightly on the blossoms and die cut using the matching die. Shape the blossoms using the shaping tools and add the blue beads to the centres.Allow to dry.  Adhere the flowers to the card as shown using hot glue to complete.

Heartfelt Creations - Pink Birthday Sundae

Good Afternoon Friends!

Today my card has been created using the latest release by Heartfelt Creations - The Berry Cafe Collection.  It has a beautiful soft colour palette and many stamps that have matching dies.

My card is a very simple tone on tone design with a dotty background - all in pink!

Card Size :  10cm x 12 1/2cm (3 7/8" x 4 7/8") 

Instructions:

Create a card blank with the above measurements using white linen card. Stamp the sundae onto white card using black ink and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Add pink ink direct to the sundae (go slightly over the outline). Die cut using the matching die. Stamp the sentiment onto pink card using black ink and and heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Die cut using the label strip die. Emboss a piece of pink card using the swiss dots embossing folder. Cut down to measure 9 1/2cm x 12cm (3 5/8" x 4 1/2").  Run your scissors down the sides of the card to create a rough edge. Adhere to the main card using double sided tape. Add the sundae and sentiment to the card as shown using foam pads to complete.

Good Afternoon Friends! Hope you all had an enjoyable weekend!
A slightly different style of card today, still using papers and the dragonfly stamp from the Winking Frog Collection By Heartfelt Creations. Really like the way the colour has run!

Card Size :   5 3/8" x 5 3/8"

Instructions:

Create a card blank with the above measurements using white linen card. Select the paper shown from the paper collection and cut to measure 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to the card blank using double sided tape.  Stamp the dragonfly onto white card using the black ink, heat emboss using clear powder.   Die cut the dragonfly using the matching die. Stamp the dragonfly again onto white card using black ink, emboss with clear powder. Add a little of all the distress inks onto a glass mat with some water.  One at a time, add a puddle of colour to the dragonfly edge and allow to drip away (or blow away gently).  Complete all the way around and allow to dry.  Cut down the card into a square measuring  4 3/8" x 4 3/8".  Add green ink around the outside edge and heat emboss with clear embossing powder, adhere to the card front using double sided tape.  Adhere the die cut dragonfly over the stamped image as shown using foam pads to complete.

Heartfelt Creations - A Frogs Life

Good Afternoon Friends!
Today my card has been created using the latest release by Heartfelt Creations - The Winking Frog Collection.  It contains a beautiful paper collection including some coloured images which are ready to die cut out, along with numerous stamps and matching dies.
A CAS card with a lovely froggy border, simply coloured with my pro markers, really pleased with how it turned out!

Card Size :   4 1/8" x 4 3/4"

Instructions:

Create a card blank with the above measurements using white linen card. Select the paper shown from the paper collection and cut to measure 3 15/16" x 4 1/2". Add blue ink around the outside edge and heat emboss with clear embossing powder, adhere to the card front using double sided tape. Stamp the frogs onto white card using the black ink, heat emboss using clear powder. Die cut the frogs using the matching die. Colour in the frogs using promarker pens. Adhere to the main card as shown using foam pads. Create a loopy bow on the bow maker using the green/white twine, wrap around the card and tie on the reverse.

Heartfelt Creations - Orange Lily Gift Box

Good Morning!

Something a little different today, it's a small gift box made using the Spellbinders Square Bracket Edge Box.  I then stamped my own wrapping paper using the Happy Birthday sentiment stamp, wrapped up the box and created an orange lily to decorate the top.  Full instructions are below.

Instructions:

Create a box using white linen card with the Spellbinder Square Bracket Edge Box dies. Stamp the Birthday Sentiment using green ink diagonally on white paper.  Wrap up the box with the stamped paper. Stamp the Sunrise Lily petals onto white card using the Morocco ink and the leaves using the Bamboo ink.  Die cut the flowers and leaves using the matching die.  Add the rouge ink to the lily centre and blend the outside petals with the Morocco Ink. Add dimension to the petals using the stylus and adhere all the petals to create one flower. Add colour to the leaves using the Bamboo Ink and adhere to the flower. Die cut two stamens from orange card.  Add glue to the tips and dip into the glitter. Allow to dry, then add to the centre. Wrap some ribbon around the box centre and adhere underneath.  Adhere the flower to the top to complete.

Good Morning!

I have another card today made using The Sunrise Lily Collection. This paper collection also contains some images which are ready to die cut straight out for those cards that sometimes need to be made extra quickly!

Card Size :   10 1/2cm x 14 1/2cm (4 1/4" x 5 5/8")

Instructions:

Create a card blank with the above measurements using cream linen card. Select the paper shown from the paper collection and cut to measure 9cm x 13 1/2cm (3 5/8" x 5 1/2"). Cut some orange card slighter larger to create a mat and adhere together using double sided tape. Adhere this to the main card front.  Select the bouquet and vase shown from the paper collection and die cut using the matching dies. Cut around the vase with matching paper to the background and adhere together. Add some dimension to the vase and flower using a stylus.  Wrap some natural twine around the bouquet as shown. Adhere to the main card using foam pads. Stamp the sentiment onto the same paper used for the card background using black ink, heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Cut some orange card slighter larger to create a mat and adhere together using double sided tape. Cut another mat from cream linen card, adhere the sentiment using foam pads, then add to the card to complete.

Today my card has been created using the latest release by Heartfelt Creations - The Sunrise Lily Collection.  It contains beautiful soft colours in the paper collection and many stamps that have matching dies.

My card this week is still a fairly clean and simple design with a lovely verse in the centre. These two stamps are also from the same stamp set - HCPC-3721.

Card Size :   10 1/2cm x 14 1/2cm (4 1/4" x 5 5/8")

Instructions:
Create a card blank with the above measurements using cream linen card. Cut some orange card to cover the card front. Add orange ink around the outside egde and heat emboss with clear embossing powder, adhere to the card front using double sided tape. Select the paper shown from the paper collection, stamp the verse using black ink and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Cut to measure 10cm x 13 1/2cm (3 7/8" x 5 3/8"), ensuring the verse is central. Add orange ink around the outside egde and heat emboss with clear embossing powder, adhere to the card front using double sided tape.  Stamp the Lily Floral Spray using black ink on white card and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Colour in using the promarkers. Die cut using the matching die. Create a loopy bow on the bow maker using the natural twine, wrap around the card twice and tie on the reverse. Adhere the lily bouquet to the card using foam pads as shown.  Add the black pearls to the flower centre to complete.

Good Afternoon everyone!
Today's card has been made using the very cute Sugar Hollow Collection by Heartfelt Creations.  A Clean and Simple card which could be used for an Anniversary or Valentine's Day?

Instructions:

Card Size : 10 1/2cm x 14 1/2cm (4 1/8" x 5 5/8").
Create a card blank with the above measurements using white card. Select the paper shown from the paper collection and cover the card front. Stamp the owl image onto white card using black ink, heat emboss using clear powder. Stamp and emboss the owl image a second time onto a small piece of white card. Cut down the main image so the image is just above the centre of the card. Add green ink around the edges and heat emboss using clear powder. Colour just the hearts and adhere to the main card front using foam pads.  Colour the second image using the promarkers and die cut using the matching die.  Adhere to the main card using foam pads. Create a loopy bow using the twine, wrap around the card and tie on the inside. Stamp the sentiment onto white card using black ink, heat emboss using clear embossing powder. Die cut using the label strip die. Adhere the sentiment to the card using foam pads to complete.

Stamping Sensations - Anything Goes With A Die

Heartfelt Creations - Butterfly Flip Fold Mini Album

Good Morning All!
Today I have something different to share which really took me out of my comfort zone to create, but I was very pleased the result. This little mini album would be lovely to have in your handbag or on your desk with a few photographs in.

Instructions:

Mini Album Size : 30cm x  10 1/2cm (11 3/4" x 4 1/4").
Create a mini album with the above measurements, score at 11 1/2cm (4 1/2") and 23cm (9").  Cover the album as shown using the paper collection.  Stamp the blossoms onto vellum and white card and heat emboss. Die cut using the matching die.  To the blossoms on white card, add yellow colouring to the the centres and pink to the petals using the Fantastix blending tools.  Shape the flowers using the shaping tools and add the yellow beads to the centres. Stamp the leaves onto vellum using green ink and heat emboss. Die cut using the matching die. Adhere these flowers and leaves to the front of the album. For the inside use a pocket insert, cover with matching papers.  Die cut the border using purple card and adhere as shown, add some purple ribbon. Add to the centre of the album.  Die cut the corner fleur and edge from green card, adhere together then adhere in the album to be used as a corner pocket.
