Red and White 'girly' card

I have a red and white card to share with you all today. Christine Emberson held a July Inspiration day last week on her blog, which helped me to create this 'girly' card. I began with some simple stamping with my rose stamp and used this along the bottom half.  I used a dress form die cut and layered it with a dress from the same stamped card and then made the paper ruffles! Such a lovely technique and really adds dimension to the card!  To complete, I added some ribbon around the card and the dress along with a flower embellishment.
