This month, I have made a simple and a little rustic looking card.  Using the beautiful Wild Rose Paper Collection, I die cut lots of the paper strips using the sentiment die and have paper pieced them together onto a piece of card to create a background, including a sentiment centrally.  Then simply added the natural twine, two small wild rose flowers along with some leaves and a flourish to complete.

This month, I have used the dogwood flowers - this is my first time using these flowers and I really like them.  I have used pale pink and green coloured patterned papers with a lovely framed sentiment in the centre.

This month, I have used the wild rose flowers once more - even chosen the same colours - just loving using them at the moment!  I have done a different background though, using my distress oxides inks to add a different look to my card for this month. Added a lovely framed sentiment; then completed with some leaves and a few pearls to finish.

I really liked the card I made last month, so I have used similar colours/flowers in my project this month.  I have done some simple stamping to create a background, added a lovely framed sentiment; then completed with some wild rose flowers and leaves - I had to add a little twine to finish off the card!

Today I decided to make a simple stamped birthday card using some of my newest stamp and dies purchased.  I went back to basics with simple stamping, colouring, die cutting and flower shaping and love how my card turned out.  Loving the pastel colours, especially at this time of the year!  I have added a little twine to finish off the card, was very tempted to add some pearls or beads to the flower centres but decided not to for a change.

Today I decided to make a simple Christmas card using the Best Wishes tag die and use then as baubles.  I tried it in the traditional colours, but then changed my mind and opted for some pink! I added some shimmer sparkle to the pink card underneath and some pink twine and the usual pearls to complete!

Today the Alumni team are sharing creations made with the Black Friday release from Heartfelt Creations - The Elegant Gateway Dies and Accents Collection.  The die I have used is the Ornate Flourish Gateway Die, which I die cut mainly in white, added some ink around the decorative insert pieces and then added my flowers.  The flowers are stamped in pink using the sunflower stamp, I then added the centre accent from the flowering dogwood flower collection along with the matching leaves and a gem for the centre to complete.

From myself this month I needed a do a replacement card fairly quickly as I managed to somehow spill water on my table......... So I remember seeing a card with a paper strips effect and have given it ago - it has been a few years since I last tried this. I have used the Classic Sunflower Stamp as a background stamp using black ink and heat embossed with clear powder.  Completed with a sentiment and some coloured sequins to complete.

From myself this month I've made a small floral card using the daisy flowers which I love.  I challenged myself to use some black paper and pink flowers on a smallish card.  Quite easy to create, I added leaves to complete which probably to me the longest to place! Oh, and a little pink twine if you can spot it!

From myself this month I needed a quick card.  I also wanted to use some watercolour card and new inks that I had bought - this is the result! I have used the Classic Sunflower Stamp as a background, heat embossed with gold powder and then created a water colour effect using 3 shades of blue inks.  Completed with 2 sentiment tags and some coloured twine to match.
