Heartfelt Creations - Burst Of Splendor Collection

Good Afternoon All!
It's Wednesday and today Heartfelt Creations are pleased to present the Burst Of Splendor Collection.  The Classic Leaf die is the perfect botanical addition for every project you create.  The Open, Classic and Bold Leaf stamps create depth and variety to your crafty projects.  Pick up the Dahlia Cluster, Dahlia Bouquet and Blooming Dahlia stamps to create a stunning floral masterpiece.  These background, accent and corner stamps will add a delightful classic touch to every project you create.  The Burst Of Splendor Paper Pack is loaded with saturated greens and purples and sprinkled with colourful dahlias and clusters of wildflowers.  White and orange dahlias pop out from purple border, bouquet adorned pages.  Olive green eggshell patterns, ornate octogans and wildflower-laden iron gates are splashed with saturated beiges and roasted browns.  Brightly coloured tags and journaling blocks complement the climbing ivies and plum hues. This Paper Pack will make your project even more eye-catching.

Leave a comment on the Heartfelt Creations blog by July 16th to be eligible to win the entire collection valued at $150.00

My card this week uses lots of purple tones and continues through to the leaves.  Instructions are below.

Card Size - 10.5cm x 14.5cm.
Cut a card blank from cream card to measure 10.5cm x 14.5cm.  Cut some purple paper from the Burst Of Splendor Collection to measure 10cm x 14cm and adhere to the card front using double sided tape.  On separate cream card, stamp 2 dahlias using a mixture of pink, lilac and purple Ink It Up inks and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.  Cut 1 flower out completely and just the inner part on the second, layer them up using foam pads.  Stamp 2 sets of leaves using the purple ink onto the same purple paper.  Die cut using the matching dies and use an embossing tool to add definition to the leaves.  Stamp the sentiments onto cream card with purple ink and heat emboss with clear powder.  Die cut using the tag dies.  Thread the tags onto pink twine, add around the card  and tie into a bow.  Adhere the dahlia and arrange the leaves around and behind using foam pads.  Add pearls to the corner to complete.

All details of the products used can be found on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, please have a look and see what the other designers have been creating this week also!

Thank you for visiting me today
